Default 1971 GTO Grilles, what could have been.

I have a 1971 GTO. One of the things I was always disappointed with was the grilles. They look flat and plain compared to all the other years designs.
So I decided to do something about it. I took a pair of 1972 GTO grille bezels and painted the inside semi-gloss black. Then I cut and fit a pair of 71 GTO grille mesh. As you can see from the pictures below, I believe it gives the front view some depth, more in line with most Pontiac designs.
What do you all think?
