New to me 68 GTO Convertible - Need some help decoding a Body Tag

It's been a while since I last posted here as I sold my 67 GTO a while back.
That being said, I picked up a 68 4spd Convertible w/ Hood tach.

Having a hard time decoding it as I'm somewhat "on the spectrum"

Any experts out there able ot help? How can I be sure this is a factory 4speed car?
