Default '68 / '69 Timing Cover Differences?

Besides the obvious 8-bolt and 11-bolt water pumps for the '68 400 V8 and the '69 and later 400 V8s, are there any other differences between the '68 and '69 and later year timing covers?
The '68 uses a 4-bolt crank pulley as does the '69 and later years. Can the 4-bolt crank pullies be swapped between the '68 and '69 and later pullies? Will the water pump, power steering and A/C pullies all line up if the '68 crank pully is swapped for a '69 and later crank pulley?

All answers welcome.
