Maybe Im misunderstanding the intake heights, but I don't see how with the given heights we have in the "Intake Height" Thread that the Northwind fits under stock hoods, especially with a 1" spacer.
I have a lightly ported RPM, and have been considering a move to a single plane. The RPM with no spacer still requires a pretty substantial drop base. Is the Northwind notably shorter than the RPM? It seems to always workout that if you don't run a spacer on a single plane, you are giving up power, so I don't want to bother if I cant run a spacer. I had pretty much told myself if I wanted to do it I was going to be swapping hoods.
