The Stump Puller comes in at 230/236 and the Old Faithful comes in one step higher at 236/242. While both are usually on a 112° LSA, there is enough difference that operating and performance goals should be considered before making a choice. Iron heads and the SP seem to go together well and a little better for tight converters. I know that Dave Bisschop usually recommended the SP for mild builds with iron heads.
Everybody copies everybody on cams and it seems that even the local deli probably carries a reasonable copy of either cam profile -- but I would suspect that SD Performance would still be selling cams even if it will be awhile before his shop is up and running.
