Default Install Tips for Pypes SGF70 system on 68 firebird convertible

Hi,

Anyone here install the Pypes SGF70 2.5 exhaust system on a first gen firebird convertible? Looking for tips on what you did for the install. I have the the Hotchkis dropped brace which helps a lot but there is still doesn't seem to to be enough room.

I am thinking of some small cuts in the convertible floor bracing to make more room in the tunnel to install it higher.

The passenger side head pipe seems to be super close to the transmission crossmember, any mods I can do to that, or a cheap crossmember for a Muncie 4spd I can buy that will give me more exhaust clearance?

Sidenote: the passenger head pipe doesn't see to mate my long branch manifold at a great angle, has anyone done any mods to make it a seal better?

Appreciate the help
