I am selling my 1969 Trans Am. Ram Air III, 4 speed car with standard blue interior. I am the third owner. Many of you have seen this car at TA Nats or in Smoke Signals a couple years ago. Original owner was in the U.S. Air Force and drove the when he was stationed in Germany, Greece and Crete. It was painted Air Force blue in Crete. The original paint is under the blue.
Car has only 2 options - AM radio and 4 speed. Has a service replacement block and a 7029273 replacement carb dated 1976. Heads and exhaust manifolds are original. Interior is original. I have the original Rallye steering wheel with wings down horn button. Has correct upper and lower pans. I replaced the rear leaf springs with an extra set I had because they were sagging but have the originals. I have replaced front and rear brakes (still have original parts), fuel tank and installed correct Gardner exhaust. Still has the original radiator which I had repaired. I have a correct rear alternator case but no front. Has 2 year old correct Goodyear Polyglas tires. As you can see in the photos, has some rust in the usual places. Price includes NOS quarter panels and replacement panel between rear window and trunk. I’m asking $90,000 based on recent sale prices I’ve observed and knowing what it will take to restore this one. I can email or text many more photos. Not sure why they’re upside down. Maybe because they’re from my iPad? Thanks! Tom
