Only a pusher will fit if you’re concentrating on the condenser - though that will have to be two fans to get full coverage. If you want to explore, see if you can adapt an idle solenoid that engages when AC is on. That be said, I think at this point, without testing upper limit of your temperature, you’re looking for a solution to a problem that doesn’t exist.
