Not many people would know this fact, you really have to be a very knowledgeable Pontiac Firebird person. That excludes lots of car appraisers.

That said I would want my money back on that appraisal, because it is not worth anything except for documenting the condition of the car with the pictures.

Further if you insure the car with an agreed value policy, you don’t need an appraisal anyway. I’d say $40-50,000USD so you can fix it or replace it if it is damaged/lost.

I would not value it any higher than a 1973, Y code, auto Trans Am
