If this is a (stock) REBUILD, and not a RECALIBRATION, you might as well do it yourself in your garage. Buy your parts from a specialty vendor such as The Carb Shop or Cliff Ruggles. A couple cans of aerosol carb cleaner, some paper towels, and some measuring tools will be required.
A high-school kid can rebuild a Q-Jet if the core is decent, aside from bushing the throttle shaft(s) and re-plating the parts. The difficulty, and the problems, are in the non-stock "custom" work; and in the mass-market accelerator pump cups.
