I asked the seller for a photo of that area and it does indeed have the casting number like Carters have on the outside of the air horn. I'm starting to think this carb has all the correct basic components but that id tag and other Rochester parts makes it a Frankencarb for sure...but a good parts carb for someone with Qjet savvy who wants to put together a correct carb.
