'Two Lane Blacktop' and 'Baretta' Judge on The Rockford Files?
Season 3 Episode 3 'The Family Hour'
It had been painted red with dual white stripes on the hood and Starsky & Hutch style stripes on the side. One scene shows a good view of the hood with the Ram Air scoops (painted white) partially open and the black grilles. Correct Judge spoiler on the back and Keystone Klassic wheels.
