1965 Bonneville convertible

Hi friends ..
a friend owns a nice 65 Bonneville convertible with buckets and console shift. Tilt steering Wheel ..
the car has a reef torqoise interior.
My friend believe his car was factory a bench seat car and somebody swapped to a bucket seat car with console shift

What can the body plate telling about ?
What means ACC C16 ?

Some pictures ..who knows more .. mysterious ?
