1978 Trans Am Taillight problem

Recent problem: The drivers side tailights will not work for brake,signal,or 4 way flasher.It will light for the park lights. Passenger side is all good.

I have verified fuses are good,bulbs are all good,sockets are all good checked both grounds in the trunk -all good,swapped flasher-no change,replaced brake switch-no change. Installed a new GM turn signal switch-no change.

Could a faulty printed circuit board for the gauges cause this issue?

I dont know where else to look?
