Goes much faster when the lifters are bled. Did them by firing order second time. Got to 10 and quit for the night. When bled all had the same action but 1. #8exh. It relaxed and you could tell when it bottomed out but you had to wrench slow. Something odd about its action. Still fluid in it but it was like it was pulling it back in when released. Thought it would be normal after more cranking but no.

Timing will be looked at. Butler 2 piece HB. Timing mark is on the hub.

I have no idea what they were previously set at. Told him to set at 0.020”. How can you tell? Had to undo the setting to bleed.
