I think it’s way easier to sell a completely restored car for big money than a project car for reasonable money.
My ‘66 2 door sedan for sale has had no interest. 7925 2dr. sedans were made in 1966. Not as rare as a 2+2 but it’s not very common to see one.
As Mike pointed out, the people who are into these cars are slowly dying off. I really don’t see prices going up.
