Default 1963 Full size jack holdowns

Last year a very nice rust-free Grand Prix followed me home from AZ. (68k miles)
Like most of us, I am trying to restore it as it may have left the factory.
My latest project is the correct location and holdowns for the jack parts. I found the correct springs with the attached rings and two of the four connecting brackets (intact ones are located nearest the back bumper)
The other two are missing, looks like they were knocked off the trunk floor , (maybe they ripped the guys golf bag)
1. What would they be called?
2. Where would I find such a part?
3. Would they come on a complete replacement floor?

Any ideas would be appreciated!
Thanks, Bill
