Default Catalytic converter sunvisor decal...

So I've noticed on some used takeoff driver side sunvisors, there is a fabric-y decal that was placed on the backside of them from the factory. A vast majority of the used ones I see don't have the decal, but occasionally the random straggler will pop up for sale where it does.

This decal here:

Certain versions say "Cautions" instead of "Instructions." I would imagine these decals didn't exist before 1975 when they started putting in catalytic converters for these cars, but were they only a 1975 or 1976 thing, or were they put on all model years throughout the rest of the second gen run? Just wondering if I should buy one and slap it on the visor for my 1979 to make it more complete and get that 2 minute dopamine rush lol
