Default FM Multiplex box for 1970 Delco radio

I'm trying to put together a correct-ish (don't want to cut up my dash, and want it to at least look right at a glance) FM stereo tuner for my 1972 Grand Prix.

So far, the closest option I've been able to get my hands on is a Delco 02BFM1, from a full-size 1970 Pontiac. But the multiplex adapter is missing. (See attached picture.)

Anybody happen to have one of these kicking around?
