Default 67 Qjets

I "think" I know the answer to this, but wanna check with you guys....

1st question:

On the non RA '67 400 and 428 Qjets, 7027262, 7027263 and their CA counterparts, is there any way to tell from the documentation (Protecto Plate, build sheet) if the engine was supplied with a Carter or a Rochester??

My initial thought is "no", because the same pick code was used for all the auto carbs, and a different code for the stick cars, and there was no further way rto differentiate.

2nd question:

Did these same 1967 carbs all come with the airhorn-style idle bypass air feature? There was a little screw under the triangle-shape spring steel piece on the bowl stack vent.
