Rust holes are fixed inside and out. Used epoxy primer on the bare metal. Patched rust holes with fiberglass and contoured the repairs with body filler and then 2 coats of filler primer. Still more to go on this door but making progress.

Next will begin blocking the door and lower fender. But that will have to wait a couple weeks as we are headed to sunny FL for a little break.
