Default 2nd outing with high ports

Everything went good except valve cover gaskets move and covered the engine compartment with oil. Won first round but decided to not go up for second round, way to much oil leaking. Going to try spacer instead of doubling up gaskets.

Performance wise very happy. 9.90/134. Foot braked the car. 60's where 1.38 where trans brake gets me 1.35. 78 degrees 1200' da. 32 deg timing. 200lbs of ballast, small 850 carb and 3" tail pipes with resonators. Buddies say they can't hear the car at the line. Can't really compare to race gas and e-heads last year. Have a little smaller cam but more lift and tail pipes instead of dumps.

Wanted to run 10,00's in the summer on pump gas. I think I reached that goal. Now have to decide if I want to put my 1.5 rockers to slow it up a little. Bring lift from .693 to .620.

Sneaking up on the gas, ran 5 gallons of 93 with 1 gallon of c-12. Eventually getting to staight 93.
