Local '64 GTO with no steering column!!!!!!!!!

Noticed this car on the way home, circled the block to look. Good solid....with 'chubby' engine......not a problem, but no steering column is. That is a bigger problem than the engine.

What other GM columns will fit?? Is there an after-market???
