77 pontiac lemans with the 403. Just started it up after wiring it. And the power steering pump is making a horrible screeching noise everytime i turn the wheel. It sounds terrible. I've had brand new front tie rod ends shocks and sway bar. Ive also had my bearings are new. I can't understand what would causing this horrible sound. Fluid is also completely full looks a little brown but not terrible,
