I have a 67' Cat with a 400/400 combo with stock rear end gears at 2.41 with the original ten bolt. I would like to install a bigger set of gears maybe something like 3.55's. Does anyone know if this would fit in my stock housing or know of a better choice of gear ratio. My Cat is a 4DR HT. Thanks

You may want to look into the rear on that Catalina. I believe they're a 12-bolt ring gear in a 10-bolt cover, not the same as a regular A-body 10-bolt at all. And I don't guess there are many other gearsets for them.
