I have a 67' 4DR HT CAT with a 400 2bbl. (rochester 2GC ) with 143 heads and single exh. I've set the timing to 6 degs BTDC as per the marks and the manual, any suggestions as to what would be a better deg. THANKS

It would be better to experiment.
Try 2ΒΊ more advance and see what it does.2 more etc. until it doesn't work good. Better 'feel' may be worse fuel milage though. The best thing would be to change the advance curve in the distributor. johnta1 Pontiac Power RULES !!! www.wallaceracing.com
