I'm probably closer to your area than most of the folks on this board (northern suburb of the Twin Cities), but still a little too far away to be able to make it. I'll actually be working on my LeMans this weekend, preparing to drop in the new engine and transmission.

I hope to get the chance to meet you some other time. Have fun!!

I'm from Superior but I'm golfing in a little tourny this weekend. Plus the motors out of the car for a new oil pump - I think it was the problem that sent me 400 miles round trip to Rock Falls 2 weeks ago for nothing but a tech inspection...

The secret to happiness is not getting what you want but rather, wanting what you have.

RIGHT NOW IT LOOKS LIKE WE HAVE ABOUT 20 CARS LINED UP TO GO. I'M IN THE PROCESS OF PUTTING A REMOTE OPERATED STARTING LIGHT TOGETHER SO NO ONE HAS TO STAND BETWEEN THE CARS. TO BAD YOU GUYS CAN'T MAKE IT, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN COOL TO GET SMOKED BY SOMEONE NEW FOR A CHANGE. OUR CARS ARE NOT THAT FAST, A BUDDY AND I ARE USUALLY THE FASTEST ONES OUT THERE AND WE RUN LOW 11S. TORMENT, WHAT DOES YOUR CAR LOOK LIKE? WE WERE IN ROCK FALLS IN MAY I THINK AND WILL BE GOING BACK IN SEPTEMBER. I ALSO HEARD BRAINERD IS RUNNING ON A WEDNESDAY NIGHT MUFFLERS RACE ON SEPT 3RD I THINK. SO WE WILL PROBABLY HEAD OVER FOR THAT ONE. MY RACE CAR IS A PRIMER BLACK 70 CHEVELLE AND MY BUDDY RACES A PURPLE 77 MONARCH. IF YOU SEE US AT THE TRACK STOP AND SAY HI.
