I JUST COMPLETED THE SAME SWAP ON MY 62 G-P. I USED A SHORT TAIL TH 400 AND HAD TO RELOCATE THE CROSS MEMBER PLUS LENGTHEN THE DRIVESHAFT.ALSO MINOR FLOORPAN MODS USING A BFH. A VERY EASY JOB.
