Did yoiu offer to sell the car back?

It'd be cheaper in the long run for both parties.

That is, unless he doubled his money on the sale, like some folks attempt on '63 Catalina wagons.

I am an attorney, but am not admitted to the bar in South Carolina (or PA). I sent a note out to a bunch of my attorney-friends asking them for any resources, particularly the Consumer Fraud Act, that might be of value to you.
