Any updates on release dates for the new manifold?
I just pulled my tripower off (puts paper bag over face to hide ) to experiment with a Performer/4150 combination and my car really seems to like it . With my combo I think it would be even better with an RPM or even a Warrior and your proposed design sounds like the best of both. I was going to look for an RPM on Ebay but will hold out for yours if it won't turn out to be as long a wait as the aluminum tripower .

There are very few Tri-powered engines out there that run faster than a 4 bbl setup. A 4 bbl carb will in almost every case be faster and run better. Tri-powers should only be used as restoration point getters only and not for performance.

I happen to know a guy that has runs 10.20s at 127-128mph with a tri-power. I dont think that they should only be used for restoration.

Depends on what the setup is whether a tripower makes sense, For a race motor a Victor/ Dominater is hard to beat. For a 12 second street/strip car(Tim??) a Tripower is perfect. Cruising off the center 2 barrel it can get decent mileage also. Tim, don't give up on the Tripower, there are not a lot of us left! I have run a performer/QJ. If you are seious I would look at a RPM/QJ with 1" spacer(primaries divided/secondary open). Goodluck-JimT

Now, if we could just get the 74 SD-455 casting numbers on the manifold I would buy one the first day. I suppose that is asking too much.

Pacific Performance Racing is in the process of putting up an entirely new website that will provide an online store.

There will also be a section on new products and the manifold. People will be able to sign in to be advised on the release of the product.

Ken and I were at the supplier/vendor just the other day. The supplier's high hope is 5-6 months. As soon as we get a "first article" sample everyone will know...

I had a double rear runner Torquer 1 created like yours some years
ago.
