It's been a while. If I remember right. I attached parking lamps to the grill mesh. I attached the grills to the grill surrounds. I'm pretty sure I had to attach the eye brow trim and grill surrounds to the header panel together since the eye brow studs go through both of them. I think having the header panel off the car made that a little easier. The lower header panel was still on the car. I put the grill assembly on as 1 piece. I bolted all of that together then the bumper was the last to be put on. I hope that helps.
