I just got a 91 TA 5.0 tpi auto in a trade. It shifts 1-2 then goes back to 1st. I dont know anything about "new" cars. Looking for ideas on where to start troubleshooting. The fluid looks ok and the check engine light is not on. Thanks in advance -Will

Try adjusting the T.V. cable. This is theasiest thing to try. It takes about 30 seconds to do..
