Crush them with a big set of pliers.
If you try to pull them off you will either screw up the cable or mess up the kick panel hole where the cable goes through it. I have also cut them off with a cutting wheel in a Dremel tool, which works well but you have to be quick and careful to avoid the melting plastic. |
