Thanks for the replies everyone!

Think I will snag this one for $50 then and switch to the short housing at time of rebuild, that way I can use my stock crossmember and keep the better pinion angle.

Bruce - I will take it apart per my service manual and bring the shaft and housing over to trade you (along with that rum) when we do that other deal in the cool weather.
