Ill start out by saying Im no expert at any of this so here goes... My mechanic says he has rebuilt my carb twice on my 67 GTO auto but whn it warms up it refuses to idle. He says its a problem with the carb. The number on the carb is 7037262 and I believe it is the correct carb for the car. Any suggestions, I was reading about that 67 carbs have a unique heat groove slot on the bottom and the gaskets have to be sandwiched just right, could this be something to do with it? Thanks.
