Hey guys, My dad is looking at buying a 78 t\a for a driver until his 68 GTO convertable is done. It will be years before its finished so he might as well have something to drive. He found a 78' T\A that has the hurst hatch t-tops and the hurst sticker in the door. The car is blue with a blue interior, 400-4 speed, 8" snowflakes, 3.42 posi rear, A\C, and has rear drum brakes. Is ther anything special about the hurst cars? This guy seems to thing its very rare. It looks to be pretty standard as far as T\A's go. The car is in pretty good shape and runs very well. The guy was blowing smoke about how fast it was and I just kind of laughed at him. ( My chevelle runs 11.25's @119 so I know what fast is) It is pretty much stock and I would guess a 15 sec car. But the price is fair, I think he can get it for $3800. Any ideas on what to look for? I'm trying to babysit my dad through this, he tends to buy first then look at what wrong later. Thanks
