Ray, I know I can straighten out the toe in issue. The rack should be mounted lower if possible. Also, I am doing some research right now on a kit I remember seeing that will let the outer tie rods be mounted down through the top of the steering knuckle. That will flatten out the arc as the wheels drop. I beleive you drill out the hole in the steering arm, then there was a bushing with the taper made in it that you installed down into the hole. I'll send you the info if I can find it. If not, I can have them made here.

GUys listen this rack thing is just not that easy!

we have moved the rack , we have tried puting it on top of the arm it wont work there is just no way to make the arcs line up mathmaticaly. it needs a custom rack shorter. a lot of cars have the same problem but its usually not as noticable, since they have less travel.

by puting the arms on top and moving the rac we did reduce it some, but had to change it back at atco, the closer we got it the to on the leave was out instead of in, that made the car hard to controll. the way it is now looks bad and slows it down but there is no control issues.

Let's seee... "looks bad & slows it down"; that's an acceptable compromise.
What about tubular control arms w/ proper geometry???
