Yes it did. That just might be the car. There was 32K on it at the time. (blue int.) As far as I know, it has never been at any public show or any write up done on it.

Never bothered to get the PHS on it myself. At the time I bought it, I confirmed the vin
with Pete McCarthy, so I never took it any farther.

The guy I bought it from knew it was rare, but I don’t think that translated into valuable in his mind. He kept calling it “one of those rare aluminum intake cars”

At the time I bought it, I needed another project like the proverbial hole in the head. I already had a 72 T/A and was right in the middle of doing a complete restoration of a 73 T/A, so the ‘70 sat for years before I even touched it. Ended up selling it still in pieces.
