Ok,here is what is going on my end.
The rep suggested that the motor mounts may be worn or defective.
They found when they made the headers they had an intereferance problem that turned out to be the mount.They will be sending me picture and the numbers for the mounts that worked for them.
On my end,I will be checking the condition of my customers mounts.I will not pass judgement until I get the info from Doug's and can compare them to what is on the car.
I also asked to have another set of headers sent to me in case the mounts are not the issue.I would hate to tie my customers car(and my shop) up longer then needed.
They agreed to send another set,at no cost to me.They are supposed to be being shipped as I type this.
They seemed very interested in the results and said they will continue to double check the design for issues.
So far they(Doug's) has dealt with me in a positive manner.
Again I will reserve final judgement until after it is resolved.
