The M22 was the 4 speed Muncie used behind '71 & '72 Pontiac 455HO engines in performance 2 door A-bodys, Formula's, & T/A's.

The Muncie behind a '73 T/A with 455, should be a close ratio M21, coded FC. Have a '73 brewster green 4spd T/A project with this original trans, 3.42 rear, & A/C. M22 was not avail in '73, at least in the Pontiac line (believe it was still a Corvette item).
