Hey all.
My 69 bird came with the origional 350 in it.
I gotta admit, the car ran really well with that motor.
In some ways it out performs my 428.
So seeing the Car Craft article for a 670 hp 350 on N.O.S. is very beleiveable.
I think some of you may have missed the real intent of the article.
They state right at the beginning that the bigger Pontiac motors are getting harder to come by.
I have a tendency to agree, since it took me almost a year to find a 428 I could afford.
For Me, the real purpose of the article was to enliven interest in the less popular, and more affordable motor.
Granted the price seems outrageous, Heck I can't even begin to dream for a set of those heads.

But for the average scmoo, who doesn't know any thing about Poncho's (like me a year ago)
This article has the potential to spark interest in a person who has never considered Pontiac as a
future street car project.
