Welcome aboard.

Atoll Blue with blue guts is relatively rare. First GTO, a Judge to boot, I ever rode in was this color. Of the '70 Judges built Atoll blue, many were built with black & a few with sandlewood interiors. I doubt PHS has any #'s for color combo's.

For a dashpad, you want to find a '70-71 pad. These are near impossible to find uncracked & even decent used ones will usually crack even in airconditioned storage. Be careful when looking for used dashpad as the post Tempests & LeMans w/o A/C did not have upper level ventilation & thus had no vents at either end of the dash pad. The '72 dashpads will have the PONTIAC logo above the glovebox, but can be revacuum molded as '70-71's.

Soon I will be sending the dash & console out for my '71 Judge. They are blue as well, but the '71-72 medium blue. Just Dashes can restore you cores to concours condition or sell you a core & restore it. Have sent them many dashpads over the years & never had problems with any of the '70 & later pads. Good luck.
