Darrell, if it was easy, anybody could do it
 . We didn't say Doug's drop right on, we said you don't have to ball peen  them shut to clear the steering box, shaft, or the a-arms.The secret on the "D" port area bolts is to substitute shorter bolts for the ones furnished with the headers as they hit the tubes preventing you from starting them straight in.
