How do you know it is missing? My idle is quite rough and "seems" like it misses, (motor shakes a little), but drives smooth. A large duration cam can cause a rough idle, like a Ram Air IV...

Nozzle drip in the carb can cause it to seem like a miss.. What are your compression readings?

Mine are all at ~165 cranking give or take a few pounds with a Ram Air IV cam and stock 1970 #12 heads..
