Thanks for the quick response. Just received a RMA to send these mounts back. As far as the vendor is concerned I have spent over
$2000 with them over the past 5 years and will continue to buy from them for they are a pleasure to deal with. Considering on where I am posting this they are NEAR and dear to all our hearts.
