Jack - Pete was helpful, absolutely...I learned a lot from him....even that he doesn't have the shifter I need

Mike E - I am not opposed to getting a new one, but I have become the restorer that I said I wasn't going to be.....in other words...I am trying to fine all genuine GM/original parts that I can!

I only asked this because I see a number of used shifters for sale on e-bay, and many of them show specific numbers and will tell you that they came off of a specific make. I have checked in my restoration books and cannot find any identifiers.
