Geodude---I paid the local trainny guy ........$425!! I got a rebuilt TH350, new convertor (stock stall),new fill tube,B&M shift kit with 1 year warranty and he had the trainny to start with. Hes been in business for over 15 years rebuilding them. I looked on Ebay fo awhile as well as local places. Do a search for posts on the subject here to see what is recommended then ask each builder what they will do and include for the price. I could have gotten a TH400 but for my application,I would have spent more to accomodate it. He also assured me that if I put in a V8 400 that I'd have no problems.

Jim L--thanks for the info on amount needed. I now have to see if I can mix the two types or find the good stuff cheap.
