Bruce, don't get me wrong, as I do not know you nor have I run my car 6 times at under 11 seconds to become an expert on racing. And definately no offense to Dick and the IA group, but I don't see how a piece or pieces of aluminum can go through the oil pump and the filter and cause this kind of damage. But, I will listen for/from knowledge.
