I will put my 2 cents in... always try and pay with a US Postal money order. If you do, and purchase something where you send payment(US Postal money order) through the US mail, the person endorses, cashes/deposits the m.o. but dosent send the parts, than the Postal Inspectors will investigate. Thats enough to make the majority of these big time crook wannabees shake (or worse) in their boots. I buy a lot off the net and ALWAYS send these and never have had any problems. Talk to a Postmaster in your town and he/she will fill you in.
