I dont know about the plastics being primitive, but lets see how all these new cars look in 33 years of sun baking. My first 70 gto had red interior and the seat sides and backs were faded and the grain would scrape off with my nail, same thing thats happening to you. I went with black interior and got some decent used panels off a nasty pair of cutlass buckets i got from a swap meet for 5 bucks that have a few scratches but arent rotting(a little fire will take the fuzz off of most scratches [img]smile.gif[/img] )
